The original 3D configurator was confusing and overwhelming, built for experts, not everyday users. Navigation was clunky, and users felt lost and frustrated.
Make the tool simple, intuitive, and fun—so anyone could easily design their dream garden room without stress or confusion.
I created a guided, step-by-step flow with real-time 3D previews and a warm, natural design. Clear visuals and progress cues kept users engaged and confident.
The revamped configurator delivered impressive results—drop-off rates decreased significantly, and users consistently reported feeling in control and inspired throughout the process. Usability improved dramatically, simplifying a complex tool without sacrificing creativity.
